1. Who we are
This website is published by Enable.ai ("we", "us"). We decide what happens to the information described here, which makes us the data controller for it.
For anything about your information, write to privacy@enable.ai.
2. What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy covers this website only: the pages at enable.ai, the Book a pilot enquiry form, the newsletter sign-up, and the analytics that tell us which pages people read.
It applies to nothing else. It is not the privacy policy for the Enable.ai assessment product, for any account, assessment, result or report inside it, or for any other product or service of L'agence or any affiliated company. Those are separate services with their own terms and their own privacy policy, and reading this page gives you no rights in them and imposes none on you. If you are taking or administering an Enable.ai assessment, the document that governs it is the one you were given there, not this one.
3. What we collect
When you send a pilot enquiry. Your first and last name, work email and company and, if you choose to add them, your contact number, your role, what you are interested in (hiring, workforce mapping, training, AI rollout, or something else) and any notes you write. We collect it because you typed it in order to reach us.
When you sign up for the newsletter. Your email address. If you go on to the second step, your name, your industry and your job function. All of it is optional, and the newsletter works the same without it. You will get a confirmation email first: until you click the link in it, you are not subscribed and we send you nothing else. Our newsletter emails record whether they were opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what readers find useful.
When you simply read the site. Pages you visited, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location from your IP address. This is analytics, it is not tied to your name or email, and where consent is required we do not collect it until you agree (see Cookies).
Automatically, by the servers. Our hosting providers record standard server logs: IP address, browser identifier, the page requested and the time. Every website does this; it is how a page gets delivered and how attacks get stopped.
What we never collect here. We do not ask for payment details on this website, we do not run ads or advertising cookies, and we do not buy lists or enrich what you give us with data from brokers.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use as few as we can.

Your choice, and how it works. If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, analytics stays switched off until you choose Accept: nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is written before then. Everywhere else, analytics is on and the banner tells you so; you can switch it off at any time. Either way, Cookie settings at the bottom of every page reopens the choice, and turning analytics off deletes the analytics cookies.
We never store advertising cookies. Ad storage is switched off at the source, in every region, because we run no advertising.
Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which our website platform loads on the pages that carry a form. It checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script, and to do that it receives your IP address and information about your browser.
5. Why we use it, and our legal grounds

You can withdraw consent at any time. It does not undo what happened before you withdrew it.
6. Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process it on our instructions:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
7. Where your information goes
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be handled outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information leaves a country whose law restricts transfers, we rely on the transfer safeguards our providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, hand it over in a portable form, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link at the bottom of every one we send.
Write to privacy@enable.ai and we will answer within one month. We will not charge you for asking, and we will not treat you differently for having asked.
If you think we have got it wrong, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
10. Children
This website is for working professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to privacy@enable.ai and we will delete it.
11. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions and the newsletter list is limited to the people who need it. Our newsletter credentials are held server-side and never reach your browser. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of the page, and for anything significant we will say so on the site. The version on this page is always the one that applies.
