1. About these terms
This website is operated by Enable.ai ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms govern your use of this website: reading it, sending a pilot enquiry, and signing up for the newsletter.
They are exclusive to this website. They do not govern the Enable.ai assessment product or any account, assessment, result, report or subscription within it, and they do not govern any other product, platform or service offered by L'agence or by any affiliated, parent or group company. Each of those is supplied under its own agreement. Nothing on this website (no description, no figure, no comparison) forms part of any such agreement, and nothing in these terms grants you a licence, a right of access or any entitlement to any product other than this website itself.
3. Using the site
You may read this website, and share links to it, for your own business or personal use. You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download it, or use it to train a machine-learning model;
- probe, attack or disrupt it, or try to reach parts of it that are not public;
- submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate anyone, or send us another person's details as though they were your own.
We can suspend access to the site, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
4. Enquiries and the newsletter
Sending a pilot enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve anything, oblige us to respond, and it is not an offer of service capable of acceptance. Any engagement between us would be governed by a separate written agreement.
The newsletter is free and you can leave at any time using the link in any email we send. We confirm every sign-up by email first, so an address typed by somebody else never gets subscribed.
Please only send us business contact details, and only ones you are entitled to give us. Do not send us confidential information, personal information about other people, or anything you would mind us holding. The notes field on an enquiry form is not a secure channel.
5. Our content
The site, its text, design, graphics, logos, code and the Enable.ai name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. Third-party names and marks on the site belong to their owners and are used to identify them, not to imply any endorsement.
6. What you send us
If you send us an enquiry, a note, feedback or an idea, you keep whatever rights you have in it, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to improve what we do. We treat information you send under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential; if you do, we cannot treat it as confidential unless we have separately agreed in writing to do so.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. What this site is, and is not
This website describes a way of measuring how people work with AI. Everything on it, including any figure, index, comparison, benchmark or example, is provided for general information.
It is not advice. It is not legal, employment, HR, financial, investment or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation about any hiring, promotion, assessment or employment decision. It creates no professional relationship between us. Take your own advice before acting on anything you read here.
We make no promise about any outcome, result or benefit from anything described on this site. Any description of the assessment product on these pages is a description of a product supplied separately, under its own agreement, and the terms of that agreement prevail over anything said here.
9. Availability
We would like the site to be available all the time, and it will not be. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice, and we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions or that any content is complete or current.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: the site is provided "as is" and "as available"; we give no warranties of any kind about it; and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of the site.
11. Privacy
How we handle information from this website is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring proceedings where you live, and nothing here removes them.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given it up.
